Our 2022 satisfaction surveys are now open
The 2022 Insolvency and Trustee Service Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys are now open.
If you’ve been involved in an insolvency procedure administrated by the Insolvency and Trustee Service in the last year, we’d like to invite you to have your say in this year’s Insolvency and Trustee Service Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys.
The purpose of these surveys is to better understand your experience of going through the insolvency process. Survey responses are anonymous and, providing detailed answers and your contact information is entirely optional. If you agree to provide your contact details at the end, these will be held confidentially by the Insolvency and Trustee Service, in line with the Privacy Act 2020, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
The surveys are now live until noon on Friday the 10th of June, so please select the survey that best represents your role in the insolvency process, knowing that the insights generated will be vital to improving customer experience and optimizing services to our communities.
