How do I make a claim
Chrome is the preferred browser to use when using our online services.

Step 1
Login or Create a RealMe login and complete the user registration.

Step 2
From the Dashboard click ‘Make a claim’.

Step 3
From the Register a claim page, select the appropriate creditor.

Step 4
Search for the debtor using their name or estate number.

Step 5
Select the relevant debtor form the list.

Step 6
You have the option of searching for another debtor if the debt is in joint names.
Select 'Next' to proceed.

Step 7
Questions 1-4 cover the type of claim. You must select ’Yes’ to at least one of these options in order to proceed.
Answer the remaining questions in the ‘Claim Details’ and attach the required supporting evidence.
Select ‘Next’ to proceed.

Step 8
Check the ‘Creditor Details’ are correct and select ‘Next’ to proceed.

Step 9
Review the claim, selecting ‘Edit’ if any of the information is incorrect.

Step 10
To complete the process select ‘Submit Claim’.
A final Verification message will appear, select ‘Submit Claim’ again to finalise submission.
Please note - Required supporting evidence includes copies of loan agreements, statements of accounts, court orders and invoices. The amount in your evidence must be the same as the amount you are claiming.
