Welcome to the new Insolvency and Trustee Service website!

Our new site is clearer, simpler and easier to use, especially for those using mobile phones to access the information.

At first glance, the new website looks quite different, with a new design and colour scheme. But it still contains the same core information about what the insolvency options are and how to access them, and the links to our public registers and online services. We have added diagrams and videos to explain how things work.

Only the information pages are changing. When you use our online services and registers, the screens will look exactly the same but with a new header and footer.

Please note - if you have saved bookmarks or links to our previous site, they may no longer work. You will need to add new bookmarks while browsing our new website.

You can also try deleting your cache. If you are using Internet Explorer, go to:

2. Internet Options
3. General – Browsing history
4. Delete
5. Click the tick boxes for Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
6. Click Delete at the bottom of the page.

If you use a different browser, the same steps apply.
